  With a full membership the property advertiser can edit the contents of their listing at any time, simply by clicking on "edit details" on the navigation bar at the top of the screen, your membership details form will be displayed and it will allow you to make any necessary changes, these will be instantly uploaded to the database.
  
  Each property advertisers edit details form is security protected via the use of your username and password therefore there cannot be any unauthorized editing of a property advertisers details.



• Prospective Guest / Customer List:
  The entries that appear in a property's prospective guest list are generated from the public members short list program.
  
  When a public member adds a preferred property to their short list they have the option of releasing their name; state; country and e-mail address details to the selected property. This will result in the public members details appearing in the property's prospective guest list.
  
  The prospective guest list allows the property advertiser to provide the public member with relevant information regarding any promotions that the selected property has on offer from time to time.

• Guests' Comments / Customer Program:
  Properties that have a full membership provide their prospective guests and their past guests with a facility where by they can read / submit guest comments regarding the property based on their recent stay. These guest comments once submitted by the guest, (who has to be a public member of the AustralianAccommodation.com website), will then be e-mailed directly to the property in question for review by the property management team.
  
  The e-mail will provide the property advertisers with the guests membership details (guest first initial and family name; suburb; state; country and e-mail address) as well as the dates or check-in / check-out; room number; number of adults; number of children and the comments the guest has submitted. The site aims to provide its public members (click here to join) a user friendly format which enables them to promptly search for Accommodation within Australia that specifically meets their needs, based on the search criteria a member selects. Public members simply select from the Australian map that state that they wish to travel to. The respective state map will then be displayed and segmented into the regions of that state. The public members then clicks the region of their choice from the list of regions that appear to the left of each state map. A regional page will appear which displays a search form where the public member can indicate their travel accommodation requirements by selecting which Property Name; Suburb / Town; Property Category and Star Rating they are interested in. Having made their selection the member simply clicks the search button at the bottom of the form and the property listing that is generated will reflect the criteria they chose from the search form.

The properties which members (click here to join) add to their short list remain on their list until such time that they chooses to remove a property from their list.
  
  Members may add or remove their details from a property's mailing list by the click of a button at any time.

• Guest Comments Program:
  Public members are able to submit their own comments regarding a property where they have stayed. To submit their comments public members simply click on the guest comments link that appear within the property members full listing, which gives them access to a page where they can view other comments about the property as well as complete a form and submit their own comments about their recent stay. Comments submitted are then automatically e-mailed to the property itself and it is then up to the discretion of the property management team as to whether they choose to release the comments submitted for public viewing on the AustralianAccommodation.com website.
